- Digital goods, gift cards, or downloadable items (if offered on FamZen).
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (photos if applicable).
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
- Items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, FamZen will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. Refunds or Exchanges
- After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- In some cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
5. Late Returns
