2. Return Process

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (photos if applicable).
3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
4. Items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.

3. Return Shipping

1. If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, FamZen will cover the return shipping cost.
2. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Refunds or Exchanges

1. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
2. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
3. In some cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

5. Late Returns
